CAREER EXPLORATION SUMMER PROGRAM
Ambassador Program
Open to all undergraduate Mizzou students.
Ambassadors lead our “Explorers” (international and local high school students) through a variety of activities that support career exploration, connections, and growth.
Ambassadors spend each day with their assigned team (5-6 Explorers) and attend all daily activities with them. Activities include visits to academic departments, Fortune 500 companies, and nonprofit organizations.
Additionally, Ambassadors and Explorers go on cultural excursions to learn about American culture. Excursions include visiting the St. Louis Arch, going to shopping centers, and watching a major professional sports league.
At the end of each day, Ambassadors facilitate nightly reflections with their Explorers and prepare for the next day. Explorers view each Ambassador as a mentor and a role model as they work together through the program.
